This fun, boldly coloured apron showcases a beach scene featuring the Doubles Woman. Doubles, the beloved street food in Trinidad & Tobago, consists of two fried Bara (flatbreads), filled with Channa (a seasoned lightly curried chickpea), topped with chutneys and pepper sauce.
